    acer d270 on but hdd didn't spin and detected

    Hi my friend have this laptop he want me to repair itu, but when im check it wont detect any hdd and all hdd im attach didnt spin at all (hdd still good, im test it at another laptop).
    Already test all pin and connection using multimeter

    SATA_RXN0 : 0.63v
    SATA_RXP0 : 0.63v
    SATA_TXN0 : 0.63v
    SATA_TXP0 : 0.63v
    5V_SATA1 : 5v

      reprogram the bios first.
