1) What is the voltage @ pin # 4 = GATE of each of these front side mosfets ?

2) Confirm that the PR354 is present on the logic board = ~200k.

3) If PR354 is present, then try to jumper a wire to ground from pin #2 of PR361. The mosfets are P-channel mosfets and require a negative / lower voltage on the gate to enable.

You will be forcing the gate to be at a lower potential to enable the mosfets - same as what PQ59B is supposed to do in a normal operation.

4) What is the voltage of ACOFF ?

With this voltage on the gate, what is the drain pin voltage of pq52? (Pins 5-6-7-8)

Remove the npn transistor on the left and see if the voltage is still 18v on gate.

If yes, only the 200k resistor is responsible for this voltage.

Try the short to ground at the gate of the mosfet.

This should enable both mosfets and the adapter voltage should appear at the drain pins if pq52.

Before you do this, remove all power and check the resistance to ground of pq52 drain pins.

What is the resistance? To confirm there is no downstream short.
