ACER aspıre 5742 shut down after 5 minutes

ACER aspıre 5742
motherboard LA-5893P REV:1.0
laptop keep shut down after 5 minutes
i tryed
cleanning motherboard
I changed the CPU
I changed the RAM
flashing the BIOS
board voltages are fine
Processor temperature does not exceed 70


any ideas

If you power up and enter the BIOS screen -> can you leave it in the BIOS configuration mode all day and the unit will not shutdown after 5 minutes ?

no its shutdown even if in bios mode

I think that you still have a BIOS fault - see this thread:

Then post in the BIOS side of this forum for another BIOS to test or download from the above. Update this thread as you continue to test.

Excellent! The update is appreciated and others will benefit in the future as well.

Summary: A clean bios was required for this motherboard fix. Found it on the internet.

just do a clean me region.

Other possible cause are thermal section and power button not getting the required voltage.
case like this are often found on the elite book especially on 840 G1-G3, folio 9480m and 9470m but for the timely shutdown after 2mins,its likely to be a clean me region fault.
