Dell latitude 5290 la-f401p power cycling

Anyone got any experience with this model?. No sign of spillage anywhere on the board. All coils except pl612 have voltage.
No visible shorts on thermal cam.

Unit starts at 570ma and fan spins
high for a second then the unit shuts down.

Any input appreciated.

Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode. Check the resistance to ground of each coil on the logic board. Shut down could be due to an excessive current draw trigger.

Yes definitely, but none of the coils are reading short to ground and no excessive heat on thermal.

Does the system remains on without ram?? Adapter_ID checked??

If system is started with "D" key pressed, it stays on?

Congratulations. The defect is absolutely the same as the author's. Did you manage to repair it?
