If do you mean 3 long - 2 short ok. If you see 2 long - 3 short is related to a firmware error in the ec, and not to Ram.

With ram inserted which blink sequence?

Have you checked if there is signs of oxidation/water damage?

The current draw test suggested by mcplslg123 would also be important if you can do it

You dont have a dc supply?? If yes, then measure SDA/SCL/DRAMRST# on ram slot. It's very important to see activity on SDA/SCL lines and that can be observed only on DSO. If you dont have these tools, i'll suggest to get in touch with a professional nearby who has the necessary skills and tools.

I have a HP Probook 450 G6 DA0X8JMB8E0 REV:E.
When i turn it on the fan spinning and black screen also no picture thru HDMI .

Bios already reprogrammed it , same issue

I think Graphic chip not functional
Any one help for UMA changing

With something as new as a 450 G6 I'd start by using the USB method to recover the BIOS instead of trying to program it myself!
