Lenovo Yoga 510 14-ISK turns on and off

Hi everyone.
Laptop: Lenovo Yoga 510 14-ISK
Board: LA-D451P
What is happening: charges battery just fine. When turning on (with or without battery), fan spins and laptop turns off. Display does not light up. When pressing power again the same thing happens, but this time keyboard lights up, too. On the third try sometimes the same thing happens, sometimes I have a steady power light on and nothing happens. If I remove power and plug it in again, same events occur. Still display does not turn on.
Some measurements: 5,09V on PL404. 3,36V on PL402. 1,01V on PL504. I have 3,3V in BIOS.
What else do you guys suggest me to test?

You need to test all voltages on every coil and provide hd pictures of your board. By the way can you toggle capslock with external keyboard.

I had help of other people and we found missing/misplaced components on the board. Seems like the person who was into it before did a terrible job.
Will post here again if I can make progress.
