by TheJeanoxThe laptop suffered a liquid spill which caused the keyboard to be damaged (the liquid did not reach the motherboard).
I bought the replacement part, when I tested it before assembling it I realized that the aforementioned keys do not work but the keyboard is fine, it was tested on another computer and indeed all the keys work.
On pin #32 of the keyboard connector there is a voltage of 3v, when pressing the keys that do not work the voltage drops to 1.3v~1.5v but if I press any of the keys that do work the voltage does not drop, at this point I can no longer understand... -

by SMDFleaCopying DMI information from an old bios to a new one is difficult for some members, often they have no experience with a hex editor,or some that have tried find it too hard. There is an option to make things easier for those members so that they don`t need to post their own bios backup for the DMI copying.
Experienced bios modding members can help by posting in other threads the DMI offsets, macro script generated by the software and a download link to the software at softpedia mentioned in this guide,or post your macros in the comments here with a link to the bios request thread ....-

The battery backup is about 3 or 4 years old
Dose anyone have any idea on how to troubleshoot this issue I have never had a battery backup do this kind-a thing before so I am not sure exactly how to troubleshoot it and where to start -
