The laptop suffered a liquid spill which caused the keyboard to be damaged (the liquid did not reach the motherboard).
I bought the replacement part, when I tested it before assembling it I realized that the aforementioned keys do not work but the keyboard is fine, it was tested on another computer and indeed all the keys work.
On pin #32 of the keyboard connector there is a voltage of 3v, when pressing the keys that do not work the voltage drops to 1.3v~1.5v but if I press any of the keys that do work the voltage does not drop, at this point I can no longer understand what is happening. Is it possible that the KBC is bad and that is why the keys do not work?.
The rest of the computer works fine without any problems.
If someone has experienced something similar and can help me, I would be very grateful.
