Acer nitro AN515 LA-E903P no post after CPU mosfet short

Hello.
I have Acer nitro AN515 LA-E903P that have no post after CPU main rail mosfet short. i replace it. now i have all voltages except gpu voltages and no post. my multimeter shows near short on cpu main rail, but voltage is good. have no short on gpu rails.

how to check if cpu is bad?

Is it discrete model or you iGPU voltage? The mosfet connected to GFX coil of SOC or Discrete GPU?? Was it dual channel mosfet??
