Lenovo ideapad 710s-13isk power on no display.

i have a problem with a lenovo 710s-13isk, it turns on but no post.

All power are present but when trying to boot after 30-45 sec. 1V_CPU_CORE
drops from 1V to 0,067V (PL4701).
PL4801 & PL4802 only 0,7V after 30-45 sec. drops to 0V.

Flashing new bios same result.
Has anyone already faced with the same story with this Modell?

update, still no display but a cap near pu5101 was faulty, now #1V_CPU_CORE present but only 0,75V, #pin7 on u2502 0,158V (Resistance to low only 1k)

what can be the reason??
