Lenovo ThinkPad T480s Thunderbolt and charging issues

    Hello.
I have a Lenovo T480s Type 20L8. I run in some troubles with it. In slow charges and the thunderbolt is not working. When the charger is conected it does not work on 20V. When i open the laptop and the charger is plugged in the laptop complains about the charger. The battery slowly charges when the laptop is off. I already tested 3 different chargers on this laptop.
I can`t manage to put the firmware on the right chip.
I need some instructions to flash thunderbold firmware on the right chip. Is it enough to have a CH341A or do i need another type.
    Can you please help?
    Thank you in advance!

I managed to solve the issue like this:
First i removed the chip from the attached image and i tried to read it with CH341A programmer. The ASprogrammere was not able to detect the chip. I searched a similar chip on a different broken MB and i found an identical MB. I removed the chip from the broken one and i put it on my board and it worked just fine. Apparentlly the chip on the broken one had the right thunderbolt firmware. Initially in showed the message "configuring thunderbolt firmware" and now i have full charging power and thunderbolt works.
I think that my issue was that the chip was damaged.
      Thank you for the support!
