HP Envy 17 heatsink removal

Hi guys.
I want to change thermal paste on this CPU.
I opened the plastic cover but ain't sure what screws should I remove to be able to lift the heatsink up with fans and reach CPU.
Does it look difficult or I as a beginner can do it?

THank you, a little google and it should help me.
Actually I didn't know HP has these kinda of documents for laptops.
Looks a bit complicated for a guy who never dissambled laptop.
I think I will leave it to more professional user for this.
