HP OMEN 17-AN104UR is uma possible?

hi, i have this laptop it came with a huge plown mark near the gpu power mosfets, i removed mosfets clean area, gpu is shorted

now laptop starts keyboard repsonds to commands, but i have no image anywhere, does anyone know if dis to uma is possible?
motherboard is DAG3BEMBCDO

MOSFETs keep blowing up on HP OMEN RTX 2070

Nothing spectacular with fireworks or anything, failing instantly is what's happening.

I've replaced this MOSFET twice and the drain and source keep shorting together on the power MOSFET furthest from the laptop fan.
