hp g62 no display plz help

hello everybody i have hp g62 its start power normaly but ther is no data on its lcd or external crt all volts are good but there is no volt on coil number l610

the gate of pq600 & pq605 are 0 volt too
i replaced the tps51611 but nothing changed

In similar cases, I try to reflash BIOS first.

Does it have ATI discrete video chip??
