Lenovo Thinkpad L380 won't turn off
Hello everyone, I have a issue with a L380 M5 , the core i3 version 8th gen.
In windows I'm telling it to shut down, it goes in to shutdown mode, but after 1-2 seconds the keyboard lights up and it starts again, tried to install a different bios on it, same problem, tried to remove all the parts, re-seat the motherboard, reconnect all the cables, force it in windows when I shut the lid to go in shut down mode, nothing. Only way to turn it off is by keeping forcing it with power button pressed for 10 sec or so.
Anyone have any idea what it might be ?

I will attach a copy of my bios dump if anyone thinks that is something to do with bios, cheers.
