Samsung la-8862p power problem

Hi friends
i have problem in laptop samsung qcla4 la-8862p

turn on 3 second and shutdown
there are 3.3 AND 5 VOLT present

led charge is ok

Q29 D= 3.3 V G=0 S=0 SAME Q30 D=5 SAND G = 0 V
steps
flash tow bios is no new

check ec on pq334 pin 2 = 3.3 pin 1 = no volt
check pr339 is good
any help

If 3.3 and 5V is present on coil, there is nothing wrong in in PQ334 as if it is not working ENTRIP1/2 will not generate and you simply cant have voltage on coil. Focus on Q10Q11 working.

i check q10 and q11 and changed it but no new
and i forget pch_pwr_En out from kbc sio but capacitor over chip no 3.3v

i removed q10 lap top turned on power ok but no display
i must change q10 same numaber
