How far does it boot ?

Does it load the hard drive operating system ?

Disconnect all connected cables & drives. Power up and turn on the logic board. can you see the first POST (power on self test memory text based) screen?

Does the logic board stay on this screen or loops on / off ?

Next remove the memory off the board and see if the logic board beeps to inform you that RAM is missing.

Thanks sir, the findings are here:

It boot just for about 4 second.
It does not load the hard drive operating system.
First Post screen was not seen.
Board does not stay on screen and laptop on/off.
Removed the ram still board did not inform about any beep.

Moreover PQ12 seems to be missing, is it OK or not?

PQ12 in the schematic is marked with a '@' prefix which often means DO NOT STUFF during the PCB assembly process. So I think you are ok with this part missing.

Based on your details, believe that the bios should be reflashed but personally do not have experience in this area. Wait on additional feedback.

OK sir, so I have to flash first then, I think.

Just for learning purpose , how flashing bios seems to be necessary based on my already given detail

I checked and found this transistor, Q9, short (2 pin beep), pic attached
2ndly, tracks seems to be looking like this, what should we do in this scenario.

Moreover, for knowledge purpose in the attached pic, I got about 0 volt on pin
17 of U3 (ic of fan and thermal sensor)

Should not PCH_PWRGD# indicate 0 means # or low but m getting about 3.3 on this pin?

Any body, if I remove Q9 should I replace it or just jumper or no issue if I left it open
