i have Iris BSW MB 14279-1 PWB-896X3 REV A00. MB. this board when i power up giving 2 beeps, im checked the ram section "SM_DRAMRST#" valve is 0v

Check Post#2 and post your measurements. Do you have DSO??

sir, if we remove processor (ram too), can the board power on and test for any possible shortage?

Newer boards comes with soldered processor and ram. So why even think about it??
