Lenovo Ideapad 320-15iap - selfstart on charger without CPU power

Hello.
Have this Lenovo Ideapad 320-15iap that selfstart on charger, start on battery normal with PBTN, but allways without CPU power.

Board is nm-B301

i have VR_ON, power to CPU controller

Have all voltages except CPU

ON CPU Controoller RT3601EA i have VIN, EN, VCC.

i dont have ic RT3601EA so maybe anyone knows interchange ?
