very slow,
upgrade to ssd and replace ram, stil slow,

windows installation takes 3 hours, booting time to desktop 40seconds.

what to do?

Download a USB bootable image of any Linux. Boot from this USB thumbdrive. Does Linux boot any faster ?

Power adapter suitable for this box ? Test without the battery as well.

Do test to boot by SAFE mode of Windows to rule out any bad device driver causing this fault.
