MEC 1633L Programming error with svod 3

Hi I have a problem with stock Flash in MEC 1633L
I connect to motherboard all pin and in SVOD 3 Recognise my MEC but:
boot block in not protected mode
i can´t erase erase and flashing this
erase complete
blank check : fail

Use auto patcher to remove password will be easier.

I know how work autopatcher .but i will know how to programming this smsc
