I have a problem with the acer a715-71g, LA-E911p
Does not recognize gpu nvidia gtx 1050
Works only on intel hd 630
I flashed the bios but I still don't see the gpu
I tried the drivers but it immediately reports an error
Pl1502 Pl1503 Vga core voltage is coming
Some help, where could I check if everything is OK?

Hello ZVONKO72, I have the same problem with an Acer Nitro 5 after an overheating the laptop stopped working After opening it I found a Shorted Capacitor in CPU power rail removed then the laptop turns ON but only the intel gpu is working the GTX 1650 doesn't work its a hardware issue my problem still not solved but i suggest you to measure the GPU,VRAM power rail voltages and check if one of them is missing?

Does GPU appear in device manager? What error is reported while you try to install driver? Have you tried load another OS? If GPU is seen in devices, try to check it with GPU-Z. These reading may contain useful info for diagnosis such problems.
Also there is a trick to remove PCI/3GIO bus, it will trigger reinstallation of majority computer devices, if it is software issue.
Also, we all should remember that simple reboot does a miracles to win10.

I tried windows 7 win10 and win 11
Maybe some other solution ?

I did some measurements so I would beg for help

I found that I missed him VGA CORE and my further testing was

+VGA_CORE shorted (Pc1771 pc1772 pc1773 etc)
When I turn on the laptop, voltage appears to +VGA_CORE 0.9v

Resistance +VGA_CORE and ground 2 Ω

Resistance 19B+(ADPIN) to +VGA_CORE 475 MΩ
My power supply measures a consumption of 3 mv

+1.35VSDGPUP short
