    Dell Latitude 5590 USB ports not working

    Hello my lovely brothers

    I have a dell Latitude 5590 USB ports are not working, I don't get any 5v on the USB ports, can a bios affects this?, I was suspecting the bios because I bought this from a company, are the USB ports locked?

    One ports is working though

      If it is possible to block the usb by bios programming.
      Usually the webcam also works via usb, on laptops, if you do not have a working webcam it may be an indication of bios blocking.
      But if that were the case you would have the 5v. usb power supply, I would check the line that goes from the usb to the +5VALW source.
      After checking that and if all the measurements are correct I would measure the Southbridge.
