Lenovo ideapad 100-14IBD (NM-A681) not displaying

Hearty greetings to everyone.
The above board has been giving me tough time.

Please I need your help.

The board powers on but no display, all voltages appear normal but CPU_DRAMRST# is 0.1V. The cooling fan started immediately but stops in less than 4 seconds, then starts again and stops finally in less than 3 seconds. The CPU gets warm then increases to very hot, since fan does not turn on to cool the CPU.

Flash known good bios first. Might be memory controller of SOC bad.

I've done that, but the problem persists.
Now, the update is that the CPU does not warms up again, the CPU_CORE is shorted to the ground.

The gate voltages of PQ39 and PQ40 are missing even with PL9 removed.

I checked PU908, VCC is present but the pin 1 enable is absent.

Please how can I proceed

Please I need your help with the above motherboard. It was working then it froze, it was forced shut down but refuses to POST afterward. It powers on but no POST, no capslock led.

The board powers on but no display, all voltages appear normal but CPU_DRAMRST# is 0.1V. I've flashed a certified BIOS, no difference.

What is the resistance on cpu coil(in ohms mode)?? I'm afraid but you might have shorted the SOC while measuring.

Its "gone with the wind" baby. You need to replace the SOC or put in your scrap piles.
