Good evening friends I have a problem on this notebook model acer es1-512 mb 14222-1.
The notebook restarts continuously, I tried to replace the ram with a normal ddr3 as this notebook mounts a pc3l to start making the first tests. With the new ram the notebook starts but black screen. I found that some capacitors are short-circuited and precisely those of the CPU_CORE. No power on 1.8v bios or 3.3.

What is resistance to GND on CPU_CORE? Also please check DC to DC.

Installing ddr3 instead of ddr3l shouldn't do that much damage. It works with ddr3l 1.35v, ddr3 1.5v. Is the capacitor you are measuring short-circuit on the circuit? ec bios or main bios or no voltage.

start with measuring VIN and 3.3V next/voltage and resistance to gnd/

The voltage on pin 1 of the bios fluctuates 1.4v ~ 0.75 always does so
