Acer Aspire V3-771G - no power on

    Acer Aspire V3-771 G
    VA70 / VG70 rev 2.1

After connecting the power supply, the board itself trampled from about 300-400mA, the PCH bridge core reached about 50C at that time, I replaced the bridge with another used one, but the board still reacts similarly, I did not notice that the PCH bridge core was heating up.
After connecting, it starts up by itself with a consumption of about 300mA, the switch diode and the powe diode on the board turn on and off, the LED diodes in the RJ45 socket turn on and off.
The voltage of 3V and 5V drops during the retart, or rather it should be all the time.

After about 2 minutes of such reboots, the GPU core is around 50C

Did you try flashing the BIOS before attempting the PCH replacement?

Yes I reflash BIOS + EC before attempting the PCH replacement and after replacing PCH I flash BIOS and EC other dump. Does not help.

Motherboard without CPU and RAM when trying to boot in basically only the GPU core warms up around 40-50C, is this normal? should the GPU start already with such a low power consumption? Maybe the GPU is damaged? Elsewhere, the motherboard does not get warm.
I have 18Ohm on the GPU coils
