MSI GF63 8RC (MS-16R11 rev 1.0) im confussed

I got the schematic - no shorts or anything.

Got +3valw and +5valw (PSU shows ZERO amps O_o)

When i press power there shows some minimal power drain up to 10mA +3VSUS and +5VSUS shows up then it goes to 0 after like 5-10 sec

Tried to meassure Pgood on diffirent mosfet drivers but there is none.
There is no +v1v


Flashed like 3 diffirent Bioses

Coil resistances :

GPU :
choke 3 and 4 got around 1.1Ohm

CPU :
pl1 - 14.5
pl2.3.4 - 2.2
pl5 - 4.5

PCH :
pl11 - 35.5

GPU RAM:
choke 1 - 127

Any help?
Can i check something yet w/o replacing EC (can you test EC (in circuit)?)

Im no expert i got pretty basic understanding of electronics but i dont want to give up

Post or link the schematic here. Do you have dc lab power supply??

Yeah i do have regulated PSU - and as i said It stays at 0w (but still produces +3 and +5v ALW (wierd)) When i press power it starts to show somthing like 0.1W usage for 5-8 sec then shuts down.

Also there is some stuff missing on board that is on schematic like PU11 (1.8v - i assume it comes from diffirent place)

+3VSUS/5VSUS will show only when mb is powered on as it is in suspend stage.Do you get +3VRUN/+5VRUN?? Your issue could be RTC circuit as well. Check for RTCRST# and SRTCRST# present or not. To check RTC section, use 3V coin cell and dont apply power to mb.

RTCRST# and SRTCRST# - how to check those? Both get battery voltage.

OMG i fixed it it was PU8 (1.05V) it was dead lol
It was recieving Pgood and even sending Pgood but there was no 1.05v

Thank you for trying - it made me look what happens before +3vrun and +5vrun on Startup chart.
