Voltage and resistance to ground on PL4 is OK, but is not important for your problem. So you must find PL3 and measure values if you want the problem to be solved. Don't be lazy - disassemble the machine, remove the board and find the PL3.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PROBLEM: NO AC ADAPTER
The unit works fine with adapter but gives this message. The adapter is genuine dell 65W(tested ok). PS_ID is working correctly and reaches SIO.R4305 is correct at 33.3 ohms.
PU4301 gate is correct at 3.3V as well as PU4415 gate voltage at 1.8V is correct. 19V reaches PR4401(CLR).
Charging IC is ISL9538C
01 Resistance between CSIP/CSIN is about 2.2 ohms(PR4422/4423 is of correct value)
02.Resistance between CSOP/CSON is also correct at 2.4 ohms (PR4424-25 is... -

Dell latitude 5580, motherboard cdp 80 la-e151p
3 amber 3 white blinks. Dell website sais it's problem "bios recovery" and suggested solution "recovery image not found"
