    Acer Aspire E1-771G - Mainboard VA70/VG70 ver. 2.1

    Hello again,
I have tried flashing both bios from both sources (matusiq and peste). However it did not solve the problem.
Here is the history of the PC: all I know is that it stopped working after someone banged it in anger (!). When I received it, the behaviour was: when I press the power button, the power light turns on blue then the PC shuts down 2 seconds after. No lights no nothing. You have to press power again, then you have blue light for 2 seconds then shutdown, etc.
I have removed the CMOS battery. Then, when I plug the power cord to the laptop, the blue power led will turn on, then shutdown after 2 seconds, and turns on for 2 seconds, then shutdown, etc.
I have tested voltage on a few coils and mosfets. I have 1.5V, 3.3V, 5V and 19V (all voltages dropping after 2 seconds then back again when the laptop reboots). I don't know what's wrong. Maybe it's not a BIOS issue. Maybe it is.
    Any idea?
[I have attached the board schematics, should you need it]

if someone hit it..maybe the processor, or some chip, or the part, came off the motherboard..maybe there is an interrupted path on the motherboard ..
