Elitebook 8460p 6050A2398701 shorts up 19v line

Hi!
HP Elitebook 8460p 6050A2398701-MB-A02 HSTNN-190C

Q3019 (FDMC7692) and C6066 (470uF_2V)

These two components shorts up as i replace and apply power

Even once replaced ISL95831HRTZ also.
without Q3019 & C6066 .Ref. to ground shows 10.0 Ohms.

Where to look for problem .

Where are you measuring? Black on ground and red is connected where? If you are measuring L3051 to ground then 10ohm is normal. The low resistance is due to the GPU.

When you said "Applied power" do you mean using adapter or bench power supply?

Post schematic (or link to it) for your board here. Also describe what you have tested so far.

Try measuring any component between +VGFX_CORE and GND. If you see low resistance/ short it might mean the graphics IC itself has an internal short
