when i press power botton fan quick speed stop and hard led blinking light

Hard drive LED =Blinking
Power LED =solid
Wireless LED=solid

Try different bios or post your dump in "bios request" forum
physically inspect board first
than check for shorting (on every coil)

than start from basic "vin" & check witch voltage are missing by sequence
