DELL Inspiron 5523 DMB50 - 3beeps

Hello.
Have this DELL Inspiron 5523 DMB50 - that start with 3beeps and missing one of CPU voltages

flashed bios and still the same. 3beeps means chipset or SIO error, but how to check it without schema

i try to do this

if i start i have blank screen but after two minutes i get picture.
chipset is really hot, but works normal for extended time.

But looks like it works. after bios USB flash laptop start always with picture.

As i flash bios earlier i think this was KBC bios fault
