Dell Inspiron 3580 - 20 sec. cuts off ?

Hello ,
As i have written in this "thread"

Laptop (due to missing CMOS battery) ,spins up full makes the checks and restarts. As soon as you get into the BIOS screen you have max 10 sec. (total 20.sec ) to do any changes,and it suddenly cuts off.
No element , component is heating up (heavy) for me to check for any damaged part, i even tried with isopropyl alcohol , and start it up with the luck of some location to dry off quickly but nothing happens ,everything stays wet.

As i said (i had replaced a damaged part which wasn't even turning on the computer) , but now, at least i see BIOS screen .

P.S : For some reason neither the HDD runs, or is recnognisable, i don't think that it may have to do with that, but it was worth mentioning.

have you try flashing bios with clean me ?
i suggest check voltages or resistance on all coil and capasitor near cpu. i have some experience like that, voltages on coil are normal but value on some part are drop

I could'nt see any circled part on your pic which you claim to have replaced. maybe my eyes are getting old.Are you sure the replacement is of correct value??

No , i haven't tried because i don't have any CLEAN ME for this particular Laptop.

Also ,which ones do you say to check , didn't quite understand?
