HP Dock Station G5 notworking

I baught a HP Dock station from a Garage sale without the power supply tried to power up with a HP power supply 19V 4.6A 90W no chance tried with Power LAB 20V takes 00.1 but no reaction to PWRBTWN Dissemble the Dock no short on coils no visual damage to components i get 3/5V LDO on BIOS IC ( 2 BIOS IC only one is getting +3V ) PWERBTWN 3.3V goes to 0V when press the BTWN no voltage rest of the coils any one have Schematic or BIOS or any suggestions
