      Hello,

      Power button does go from 3.3v to 0 then back to 3.3v when pressed.

      +3VALW,+5VALW not present anywhere on the board

      not really sure where SRTCRST# ,RTCRST# are... sorry

        also,

        PQ23 gets 19.5v but 0v on the output.

        would that be the issue?
