Hello,
Power button does go from 3.3v to 0 then back to 3.3v when pressed.
+3VALW,+5VALW not present anywhere on the board

PQ4 has 19.5v on all pins but pin4. On pin 4 has 8.2v

I will try to reprogram the BIOS on mine with the one you just posted now.
Like I said, all voltages are there. Power button stays on. North bridge gets warm.
CPU and GPU are stone cold. No display output.
Will update with the latest once I get home from work.
