Vivobook Flip 14 TM420 Mosfet replacement

I need to replace a component which I believe it's a 2n7002 SOT-23 SMD MosFET. I don't have the schematics for this, I tried to ask for them in this forum with no luck.
    It's an Asus Vivobook Flip 14 TM420

I looked at the components near the area around the IT8987E chip in schematics of similar notebooks and the only sot23 component I could find was the 2n7002

Do you think it's safe to try to replace with the above?

it's a N-Channel fet the top leg is Drain down legs Gate Source , why do you want to replace ? what are the voltages on the pin ?

      Re: Mosfet replacement

I touched it accidentally with a metal cover and it went up in smoke.
After that the pcie nvme disk is not detected anymore
I cannot read the voltages right now as I'm wating for some tools to desolder it

See attached on a typical schematic with this part.

Perhaps is the BAV99 which is SOT-23 package (like yours). Please review.

I managed to desolder it and check tensions between pins

Here's a photo: 3.27 between the bottom ones, 1.27 between top and bottom left, 1.80 or less between bottom right and top
