Check RH99/RH100 on pg17 DMI Section.

RH99 + 1.06V from the 2 sides and 50 OHM so it's OK
RH100 +0.591 v from 1 side , other 0.2mvand 0.749 kohm so it's OK

I've no more ideas. Ur mb is working till dmi stage. So I don't see any reason for it not to post. Sorry mate could'nt help u any further.
Ps:measurement for Rh99/100 is ok
