HP Probook 4545s no ADP_EN

Hello. Have this board that not release ADP_EN to have VIN. What is requirements for EDP_EN to be released?

3D3V_AUX S5 is present on othe other side of R2705??

i found that 3,3/5V ic is heating and 3.3 is 0.7V and no 5V. replaced but still the same. replaced SIO and now have ADP_EN, 3,3 and 5V. Wait to get rest of laptop to check if work

not react to power button.

3,3 and 5v ok, VIN ok. Power led is blinking.
do i have to reflash that new EC ?

KBC1126 is not programmable afaik. Check RTC section.
