Samsung LA-8863P - EC not releasing SUSP#

Hello.
Have this Samsung LA-8863P that suffer from shorted capacitor between PL201 and PQ201. After replace, VIN and ALW ok. But after start button only PWR_SUSP_LED lid up for 3seconds - EC not releasing SUSP#. try to inject it and all voltages work

Try to flash bios but still the same

SUSP# comes up after SLP_S3#.

NO SLP_S3#, but have PBTN_OUT#. this means PCH is bad?

check resistance to ground on SLP_S3#

voltage on +1.1VALW ,EC_RSMRST# and RSMRST# . RTC (32.768KHz)

EC_RSMRST# - ok
RSMRST# - not found

where to chceck RTC clock? RTC_CLK - 0V

check UCL1, you have a scope ?

It`ll do the job, check pin 9 32.768KHz

no voltage on pin 9. pin 16 some voltage and frequency is but is distorted . not like pulses or symetric activity

If the voltage on pin 2 and 15 is stable there could be a problem with UCL1
