hello everyone, i need your help,

Samsung np270e5e - x06tr
motherboard ba41-02243a lampard n14x rev 1.0
intel cpu and nvidia gpu

when i try to start my laptop leds blinks, fan spins for one sec and shut down itself. i think i have a short on somewhere.
19v power rail ok
Battery connector has 3.3v
power button has 3.3v
bios chip has 3.3v
usb has 5.0v

i don't have schematic or boardview and i stuck there. what should i do for next ?

schema available in the forum, usb data ports are shortevre? did you detect a heated part?

that schematic is for amd system .yes i check the ports for short but nothing. And no heating part. I find that some coils are very low ohm. especially near the cpu.

Next generation CPU ohms may be low. Have you tried Bios as SMDFlea friend said.

My bios was ok so i find that is my 5v is unstable sometimes 2.0v sometimes 0v. Looks like i have a short on 5v power rail. How can i know which one is 5v rail?

Look inside the USB port for corroded or bent pins

I check them maybe while it's falling broke some componenets but board looks ok
