DELL E7450 no hdd detection

Hi all not recognising the hdd in bios.
Any info much appreciated. tried new cable and many hdd's

get the schematic and confirm voltage levels, depending on the connector, it uses 3vs and 5v_hdd if voltage level is OK, check data line, make sure the 4 caps on the data line is OK.
