Asus ux560ux no power no light indicator

When charger plugin, split second consume 0.19a then 0.00a, no light indicator or power,power button no response.

3.3v, 5v, vreg 3.3v and vreg 5v ok, power button has 3.3v.

i cant find any short in all coils.

PL8301 1vsus and bios 3.3v comes on split second when charger plugin, when bios chip remove, 1vsus and 3.3v bios is stable.

I only found 1 bios file upon searching, but still the same, I'll upload stock bios tomorrow, thank you.
