Acer VN7-591G start without CPU/GPU voltage - Cannot flash BIOS

I have this Acer VN7-591G that start without CPU/GPU voltage

I try to flash BIOS but cannot erase it. Chip is GD25B64BSIG

Programmer is CH341.

cannot find datasheet to find some interchange ic

after maybe 5 times it looks that i reprogram it but still have only 3/5V and 0.47W consumption


Board code is Hades_HBS 14206-1

which program did u use?

I often use AS Programmer if other programs fail, bc AS knows more EEPROMs
