Hi good day this board was shorted the RT8249CGQW is needed to change because it was getting hot after trying to chagne the ic it was getting hot again I tried to check all pin no shorted I tried to remove the ic then pumping voltage on the dc jack no shorted reading on dc supply , why its getting shorted?

RT8249C integrated by dismantling 3.3 V LDO output 3V by giving you can check whether there is heating. Pin 3 out.

I'm not happy to be so strong. because it's not humanly

By removing the APL5930CQBI integral, give 1v to the output and check which part is heating up.

First share schematic or find at this forum

Second do not inject voltage even 1volt until sure of fault area

Third check vout capacitor for leakage or short

Again follow the sequence and always check via multimeter voltage is dropping even slightly different reading will be shown

If RT8249C is getting hot then it can be due to enc KBC or any point which is connected to it or ic itself

the accident of this board was accidentialy shorted the lvds cable by twizzers sir

if that was the case what most likely to damage?

                    BOARD no avail schematic

Ohms readings from all input and output pins of the controller with all power removed? Something should be wrong there if it's getting hot.
