    Did you mean R9 M265X?
Radeon HD 8850M and Radeon R9 M265X are the same chip, it's just a rebrand, they use the same PCI id (1002:6823), it's common practice from AMD. Newer driver may show the name of the "newer" GPU (R9 M265X), while older driver will show the name of the "older" GPU (HD 8850M). You can check the PCI id in device manager.

In any if it's a genuine new chip (not refurbished/remarked) and it's been installed properly it should work. As usual the market is filled with garbage chip…

Check PCI id in device manager, right click on the AMD device → Properties → Details → Hardware IDs
I don't know if 216-0833000 would work, it may not be supported by the BIOS. Always better to replace with the same chip.

Re: dell Inspiron 15R 5537 vga problem

PCI id 1002:6820 is for R9 M275X indeed. Which means the chip is not actually 216-0846009 but I think 216-0846033.

It's probably not supported by the BIOS, the schematics list only 216-0846000 (8870M/M270X) and 216-0846009 (8850M/M265X) as supported.

It may be possible to mod the BIOS to add support for the 216-0846033 (M275X), but to be honest I don't know how to do it. Easiest would be to put the correct chip.

but my problem is there is no another supplier in my country and i will not buy another chip from them and i cannot find used one

In that scenario, you can convert it to UMA.
