Lenovo IdeaPad 500S-14ISK LA-D061P REV: 1.0 - Powers on, no picture

Hi,
I've got at front of me Lenovo IdeaPad 500S-14ISK
Motherboard: BIV3S LA-D061P REV: 1.0
The issue is that it powers on but has no picture either on the screen or either through HDMI port.

At first glance there is no visual damage on the motherboard, so I've tried flashing bios. That didn't help same result.

Upon closer inspection I have found that I am missing voltage on coils PLI3 & PLI4 near CPU.

So far I've located that voltage does disappear on the PUI2 and it is not shorted to the ground
PIN1=4.94V
PIN2=1.99V
PIN3=4.86V
PIN4=5.065V
Then PIN: 5,6,7,8 = 0V

But I cannot locate any diagrams online, therefore I don't know what it is and what readings we should have there. I will probably put another topic in schematics request.

Actually I took another try with the multimeter.

I've found out low resistance to the ground on couple of spots.

PLI4= 7.8 Ω
PLI6= 16.0 Ω
PL801= 80.0Ω (when disconnected with PL802, PL802 stays fine)
Everything near PL902 / PL903 shows 18.0 Ω - 20.0 Ω

Any ideas?

There's no schematics for this board, so designations wont mean anything to anyone unless they have the same board. However, there's also similar model of IdeaPad (500S-15ISK) with LA-C581P

In case schematic not available, it's advisable to mention the signal/voltage line attached to a particular coil. Then one can perhaps judge whether resistance measured is fine or not. Eg, if say Pl14 resistance is 12Ohms and you specify that it's cpu core coil and the motherboard has onboard soldered soc, one can say with surety whether it's correct or not. Else as @emestee has said, it doesn't makes any sense to us at all.
