Asus x550VX motherboard.Help identify component

It is a asus x550VX motherboard, i have this boardview is the U2001 component, it has only "003" but no more markings, this MB has all main lines shorted 3, 3.3, 5 the 19v is ok but i isolate with the coils the GPU and the CPU and inject 3v to the 3v line, that chip is a large one start to warming up, i think is there the problem but i don't want to take out before i know what is it, any help please.

should be wrote on shiny bit ..it will get hot without a heat-sink

not a single marking on shiny, i don't know what else to do
