Toshiba laptop black screen

Hello Guys

I Have Toshiba laptop M780-102 start normally Toshiba Logo Appear
but 02 seconds only and then screen goes off (black screen)
external monitor work fine
i already checked lvds cable it seems ok
Flash bios in windows mode nothing happens
What is the Problem
