No 3v 5v on laptop

Hello all iam troubleshooting compaq presario cq50 laptop.There is no 3v & 5v alw voltage in mobo & when i check pin no. 13 No EN0 voltage is there & got beep here when i check continuety .i have schematics of this laptop also but cannot figure out how to solve & how it works. Please help thank you in advance.

ENO is connected to GND is their R495 in MB ? Voltage in pin 16 3 8 17 6 1 TPS51125RGER ?

only 16 no. Vin have 19v input others readed 0.yes i think there is R495 which have beep on both side. I will remove out of circuit & check once.

Yes dc light is lighting up.

Have nearly 820k as mentioned in schematics.
